Common questions

Frequently asked.

Everything you need to know before you submit.

How do you arrive at an offer?+

We benchmark each card against live market data — recent sold listings, condition-adjusted — and make a competitive cash offer per card. You get a clear, itemised offer with no obligation.

What kinds of cards do you buy?+

Pokémon, Lorcana, One Piece — modern sealed, vintage holos, graded singles, bulk lots and partial collections. If you have something unusual, mention it in your submission and we’ll take a look.

Is the offer really no-obligation?+

Yes. The valuation is free and you’re never committed. You can accept, decline, or come back with a counter. Your cards stay with you until we both agree.

How do I send my cards in?+

When you accept an offer we email a prepaid, tracked and insured postage label. For high-value or vintage lots we recommend dropping off in person so we can value and protect them through transit.

When do I get paid?+

On the day your cards arrive and are checked against the offer. We pay by cash or bank transfer — your choice.

Are there any fees?+

No. The offer is the amount you receive. No listing fees, no commission, no deductions.

How long does it take?+

We email an offer within 24 hours of your submission. Once you accept and post, payment goes out the day your cards arrive.

What if my cards are damaged or I’m not sure of condition?+

That’s fine — describe them as best you can and add photos. We buy all conditions, including played and damaged bulk. We’ll factor condition into the offer transparently.
